Adventure Pack

We lingered at the stream for a while on our way up the mountain today as Milo and Rucksack were especially enjoying the water.  We made it up to the intersection with the Amphitheatre trail and hung out in the shade at the foot of the rock formation there for a little while.  Mamacita and Milo took the opportunity to lie down while Rucksack and Roger Roger were a little more restless.  Rucksack found a small chunk of wood to carry down from the mountaintop and his packmates - even Roger Roger - let him have it without any attempts to steal it.

Play Pack

Sadie found a playful pup early on at the park and went on a nice big run with him.  Sputnik had been going around greeting dogs but when he saw his packmate sprinting acorss the park he joined in the chase.  Sadie eventually ended up under a bench when she was out of breath and Sputnik ran over so fast that he slid across the concrete before coming to a stop.  Then the two of them touched noses politely to let each other know that they were ready to calm down.  Stella and Thompson were less exuberant.  Thompson followed the pack around the park for one pass but then lounged in the shade around the regulars who he knows will pet him.  Stella walked the park both times we set out but was happy to lie in the shade and relax in between.
