Adventure Pack

Milo took a particular interest in a young German Shepherd mix we passed by a couple times on the trails today.  He sidled up to the pup and didn't want to leave him - or maybe he was just looking for an excuse to take a break.  Benny and Mamacita were both content with just a passing sniff.

We walked all around the perimeter of the park when we first arrived.  Brewster, Benny, and Coco all stuck pretty close to me; the Beagle ladies Stella and Charlie preferred to linger at the grassy area and then in the shade for a bit before rejoining the rest of us.  Meanwhile, Alice went ahead to lie down in the shade.  Alice found a tennis ball and occasionally fetched it.  Whenever she lied down with it I took it as a sign that she needed a break and I let her rest until she got up again.  Coco greeted Charlie with great enthusiasm and a short run together when she and Stella finally decided to follow us to the other south end of the park.  Benny lounged in the shade and got compliments for how handsome he is.  Meanwhile, Brewster thoroughly explored the area by the tree stump.
