Adventure Pack

The pack was very happy to spend some time in the creek at the Gregory Canyon trailhead today.  Thompson was understandably the most eager to hop in; Milo was the most content to stay once there - I almost thought he was going to let us leave without him.  No sticks for Rucksack or Roger Roger today.  Mamacita is still gradually getting more and more used to drinking from the spout.  Today, I had to straddle her to keep her from backing away from it, but once she started to drink she continued to without any further coaxing.

Play Pack

Isaac went to the mud pit so many times today I lost count.  We spent a little while with him on leash since he's been getting a bit too wired lately with chasing after other dogs and treating them like herding objects.  He showed a lot more interest in sniffing and greeting other dogs while he was on the leash.  When off leash, all he wanted to do was play fetch and lie in the mud.  Sputnik joined in for the fetch and I alternated long and short throws so they each had chances to get it.  Thankfully, Sputnik opted not to partake in the mud.  Meanwhile, Benny and Mamacita lounged around and didn't do a whole lot of moving.
