Adventure Pack

Roger Roger started off the hike harassing Benny, who seemed to enjoy the attention.  Later on, Roger Roger found a stick he liked and then Sputnik grabbed an end and they played tug-of-war for a little while before I told Sputnik to leave it to his packmate who found it so we could get moving again.  Oliver took up position behind me for much of the hike today.  When we stopped to take a break in a grassy area toward the end of our outing, Sputnik and Roger Roger lied down and wrestled around for a while.  Oliver kept his distance until the two pups settled down and then he came over and sat with me.  The puppies' play got Rucksack's attention and for the remainder of the hike he kept prodding at Sputnik.

Play Pack

Ruffers was eager to get to the car for today's outing, which was great to see after her timidness last week.  At the park, she found a couple other playful pups with whom she hit it off.  Ruffers and one of the pups both liked dropping into play-bows, and it was funny seeing them each bouncing down and up in turn.  Meanwhile, Benny gave his favorite dog Duchess a warm greeting.  Another dog was also interested in Duchess and he and Benny snuggled/wrestled a bit as well.  Sadie trotted around the park checking up on all the dogs that passed through.  She led one dog on a couple chases and also fetched a tennis ball for me a fwe times.  Isaac handled the large majority of fetching duties as usual.  Thompson hung out at the center of the park and won the affections of several different humans.  When the pack walked the park, Thompson stayed behind enjoying their attention for a long while before finally catching up with us at the other end.
