Adventure Pack
Rucksack practiced turning his attention back to me a lot on the trails today, as he was especially excited about passers-by and was pulling ahead quite a bit. Roger Roger was also in a more exciteable mood and barked at a couple of the dogs we passed by. Benny, Mamacita, and Milo all stayed very calm throughout the hike. We passed a dog who looked just like Milo but was only a few years old. His coat had a slightly more orange hue than Milo's but they looked like they could be siblings.
Play Pack
Mamacita had fun at the park with a Border Collie named Ruffers. It took a little while of sniffing and hanging out around each other before they finally went for it, but once they got going they had a great time chasing and dodging around together. Milo dug a pit in the shade to lie down in. Benny and Coco both followed me closely as I walked the park. Meanwhile, Charlie was greeting dogs by lying down for them and then hopping up and going on chases, as usual. She looked interested when I picked up a tennis ball for her at one point, but a nearby German Shepherd beat her to it and then she lost interest.
