Adventure Pack

The snow and cold weather kept the trails pretty empty today but Milo, Benny, Mamacita, Rucksack, and Roger Roger were all happy to be out.  Roger Roger and Mamacita jumped around each other for a little while and then after Roger Roger was riled up he nibbled on Benny's ears as they hiked alongside one another.  Milo's leg was doing better since he pulled a muscle last week.  I didn't notice it shaking when he put his weight on it anymore.  Rucksack didn't bother with any sticks today, and was looking ahead eagerly for the entire hike.

Play Pack

Sadie was go-go-go at the park today.  She ran circles around Stella, bolted through the park with other dogs we saw there, and jumped in Benny's face to try to get him to play with her.  Benny was unmoved by Sadie's attempts, but both he and Thompson enjoyed hopping around alongside a couple other dogs who showed up a bit later.  Benny and Thompson seem to have similar tastes in playmates to go along with their similar, mellow demeanors.  Stella stuck around me and her packmates more than usual.  When she wasn't watching Sadie run around her, she was investigating the smells of the park and wiggling around on her back.
