Adventure Pack

Roger Roger found a stick that interested him about halfway through the hike, when we were taking a brief respite at the side of the trail.  The pack was practicing their listening skills and attentiveness, so I had Roger Roger leave the stick at first.  When I picked it up and handed it to him, Rucksack and Sputnik both became intrigued so we practiced sharing as I passed the stick around to each of them.  I also passed it to Benny even though he didn't show a particular interest; however, once he had it he chewed on it happily for a minute.  I also offered it to Oliver, who gave it a curious and thorough sniff but made no attempt to hold it.  It was large enough that he likely couldn't have if he wanted to.

Play Pack

Mamacita and Sadie had a fun time wrestling together at the park.  They started when Mamacita was wiggling on her back in the grass and Sadie started circling her.  Once Mamacita popped up, Sadie started jumping on her and Mamacita responded by playfully head-butting and pawing at her puppy packmate.  Isaac played fetch as usual.  Unlike usual, he actually got tired out and lay down near the end of our visit.  Thompson had a gruff word for a pair of dogs who obliviously ran into him while chasing each other.  They respectfully gave him some space and then scampered off together again.  Benny took it easy and lied out in the sun for a while, when he wasn't making rounds among the humans.
