Adventure Pack
Coco, Sputnik, Benny, and Roger Roger all decided that a particular patch of tall grass that we passed was especially delectable and everyone gnawed on a few blades of it before we moved on. Meanwhile, Oliver was investigating a scent mark that had been left on a rock along the trail - the splash pattern was unmistakable. Sputnik and Coco hopped around each other a bit toward the end of our hike. They haven't been out much together but they seemed to enjoy one another's company quite a bit for Coco's last day with the pack.
Play Pack
Coco spent most of her time getting loved by the humans at the park who have gotten to know her over the years. She and Milo both enjoyed rolling around in the grass together. Benny gave Coco a final grooming, nibbling on her cheek and neck as she stretched and leaned into it. Yoda and Coco had some fun running together. Yoda was in an especially playful mood and got Milo to play with him some, too. Thompson hung out with a couple other Huskies named Rocky and Rueben and then proceeded to get all the love he could from friendly, human park-goers. Later in the visit, Coco brought a tennis ball over to me and we played a bit of fetch. Her packmates and I are going to miss her.
