Adventure Pack

Thompson and Stella joined Coco, Benny, and Milo on today's hike through the Chautauqua.  Thompson spent most of the time trying to lead the way, but he gradually became less and less insistent about walking ahead of me as we went.  Stella and Milo trotted nex to one another and kept right by my side.  We had several pow-wows throughout the hike to practice sitting and keeping everyone's attention together, and the pack did very well.  We passed several other dogs and lots of people on the trails and Coco stayed calm and pleasant.  Benny was lagging behind during the first half of the hike but for the latter half he kept up and even lead the left flank ahead of Thompson.

Play Pack

Sadie and Mamacita had a blast playing together.  At first, Sadie was just running around in circles on her own but then Mama started leaping in her way to cut her off and then chasing her.  After some running, Sadie jumped around Mama's head while Mama bowed and batted playfully at her little packmate.  Meanwhile, Thompson was happy to greet a couple dogs who came over to the area we were in and he even went on a short run with them.  Benny also made a friend who let him nibble the fur on his back before they hopped around together for a bit.
