Adventure Pack

We didn't pass by many other dogs today but when we did Sputnik and Oliver were much better at keeping their cool.  Oliver barked at the first couple dogs we passed but after giving him a bit less slack on the leash he let later passers-by be.  Sputnik and Roger Roger passed some small sticks back and forth between them (or rather, stole some small sticks back and forth from each other) as we walked.  Rucksack and Roger Roger both perked up quite a bit when we passed by the field with geese, apparently feeling their Lab instincts coming through.  Sputnik gave a few glances to the geese as well, but Benny and Oliver had no interest.

Play Pack

Thompson played some dominance games with a couple other dogs at the park by laying his head over their back or pawing at their hind quarters and then dropping back into a play bow, inviting them to try to get the upper hand.  Mamacita and Coco ran with one another on and off throughout our visit and Benny occasionally joined in for a gallop.  When she wasn't running with her packmates, Coco was just sprinting around in circles, expressing her great enthusiasm for life.
