Leader of the Pack

New packmates are always fun, and Osiris was certainly no exception!  He's a big fluffy sweetheart and immediately got along with Coco and Rucksack upon greeting them in the packmobile.  He hopped up to the back of the car with his front paws and sort of lied down like that while he let Coco and Rucksack check him out.  Once he hopped all the way in, Rucksack nudged and licked at his face for a minute, then Osiris lied down and let Coco jump around on him while they mouthed playfully at one another.

At the park, Osiris drew the attention of several other male dogs who all had an interest in hopping on him.  While he didn't let them have their way, he also didn't lash out.  He just turned around in a way that got them off of him and then he engaged them in play.  Rucksack was among the guilty parties who was giving Osiris a hard time in this way but they still got along well.  Rucksack and Osiris had a good chase with a German Shepherd.  Rucksack's tail appears to be one of Coco's favorite chew toys - she chased him around grabbing at it for a long while.  After our visit, the pups were all tired out.  Coco lied down for a nap with her head on Rucksack's hip.  I posted several pictures today because I couldn't choose just one or two.
