Adventure Pack

At the beginning of today's hike, Oliver was the only pack member who displayed an ability to walk nicely so he was the first to have a turn off-leash.  He had a great time running up and down the trail with the most bounce in his step that I've seen in recent past.  Later on, Benny nibbled at snow and bushes along the way while Rucksack tried to find the deepest snow remaining - though that didn't prove to be very deep.  Sputnik had trouble getting a hold of himself and kept trying to leap after his packmates whenever they seemed to be doing something interesting.  Roger Roger was a bit calmer, though the two pups had several rounds of wrestling together.

Play Pack

Sadie again occupied herself by running with Isaac and Coco while they played fetch.  Isaac goes for the long throws and Coco goes for shorter bounce-passes which often involve impressive leaps into the air to grab the ball at the peak of it's bounce.  Thompson wasn't quite as exuberant as his last couple outings but he did some playful dancing with another Husky and with a black-coated dog.  Benny chewed on a stick but wasn't very interested in playing keep away so he didn't tease his packmates.
