Adventure Pack

I was impressed with how well the pack stuck together and stayed calm while we walked the trail on leash today.  Even when other dogs came up to say 'hello' everyone sniffed politely instead of swarming the new dog with high-intensity excitement and getting leashes tangled.  Roger Roger and Coco had a bout of wrestling about halfway through the hike today.  After that, Roger Roger tried to harass Milo into doing the same with him but Milo just grumbled and gave his puppy packmate the cold shoulder.  Rucksack found a small stick to carry which his packmates left to him - except, of course, for his little brother who persisted until he was able to steal it away.  Benny trotted along calmly throughout the hike.

Play Pack

Thompson is already starting to get familiar with some of the human regulars at the park.  He also had a few other Huskies and Malamutes to hang out with today.  One Husky wanted to get Thompson to play, but he just hung out while the other dog jumped around him.  Mama and Benny found a Ridgeback mix with whom they both had fun bowing and dodging around with.  Mama also befriended a high-energy, fluffy, white dog and a young brindle-coated puppy.
