Adventure Pack

The pack was raring to go today.  It took some effort to get everyone to walk together. Osito stubbornly wanted to pull over to anything that caught his interest, including every other dog that passed by; Roger Roger kept trying to tackle Milo, who didn't really appreciate the barrage of puppy energy; Coco always wanted to be a step ahead of everyone and wouldn't walk on a loose leash for more than a few paces at a time.  However, we managed to all get on the same page after several stops to have everyone sit calmly together and some careful overseeing to address the above-mentioned issues.  By the last leg of the hike, everyone sat together patiently for a great photo!

Play Pack

Sputnik and Issac started off our park visit by racing around together with great enthusiasm.  Sputnik kept testing Isaac with long, poised looks and then bolted when Isaac ran after him.  Benny and Thompson were more mellow during our visit, though I did get Thompson to go for a short jog with me down to one end of the park with Benny following behind at a more moderate trot.  Isaac found a small but deep mud pit at the far back of the park, right along the fence in the grassy area at the north end, and had a serious mud bath.  He spent a few minutes under the water spigot on our way out and then I toweled him off as best I could.  Isaac really loves making a mess of himself.
