It's beautiful outside today!
Marley found a lot of different playmates to chase her around the park. First it was a couple black labs, then what looked like a bluetick coonhound mix, and finally a yellow lab right before we left. She's great at goading other dogs into a chase, with all of her hopping and dancing around. She's a bundle of energy - and FAST!
Chelsea, who rarely barks, did so today when a big mastiff that was playing with a basketball wasn't letting her have a turn with it. It was all playful, though, as she was bowing and dancing around while she barked at him. I don't think she's used to another dog being so much bigger than her. She would usually just lumber right up and nose her way in if she wanted a ball from another dog.
Chelsea and Marley played chew-face again under a picnic table. It's becoming a favorite for the two of them toward the end of our park visits when they're too tired to run around much but they still have some play left in them.
