Adventure Pack

Everyone waded through the stream on our way up the trail again today.  Milo, Rucksack, Coco and Benny were all pulling around today and all seemed to be on different pages, so we stayed on leash throughout the hike.  We passed a few friendly dogs and after the pack tried pulling me over to the first one we came by, we practiced staying calm and waiting to greet until the other dog got to us.

Oscar rejoined the pack today after his recent vacation.  He was super excited to go to the car and see his packmates when we arrived to pick him up.  Mia started off the park visit by chewing and flinging around an old soccerball.  Yoda and Benny both stayed pretty mellow throughout the visit.  When a cool breeze picked up, I thought they'd get a kick in their step like they did last week but they didn't chase each other around this time.  There was a Belgian Malinois who showed up and caught both of their interest, however.  The Belgian Malinois was more interested in Mia, though, and spent his time chasing her while Benny and Yoda watched and occasionally went over to give him a playful nudge.
