Adventure Pack

Sputnik and Rucksack ran and ran on the trails today.  At first, Sputnik was chasing Rucksack for a stick.  Later on, Rucksack was the one chasing Sputnik and trying to keep up with his young packmate.  Benny ran alongside Sputnik a little bit, too, though he was mostly interested in exploring off the trails in a more leisurely manner.

Play Pack

Mama, Benny, and Oscar all took it pretty easy at the park.  Oscar went on a few runs with an exuberant young puppy, but otherwise just hung out with me.  Mama and Benny both lied down on their sides in the shade for a long while.  Another Ridgeback showed up and Benny was very excited to say hello.  They sniffed each other and wandered around together a bit, but neither was in the mood to really play.  Before the end of our visit, Mama found a playful pup to go on a couple big runs with.
