The Adventure Pack

Oliver was very happy to wander the trail off the leash today; I could tell by  the extra bounce in his step.  Rucksack and Sputnik had a tug-of-war over a small stick.  Benny tried to get in on the fun but there wasn't enough stick for him to grab onto.  Later, Rucksack and Sputnik had a big run through the snow together.

The Play Pack

Oscar spent the first half of today's park visit on the leash again.  We walked around to every dog and every person we could find so he could get a lot of practice greeting them more calmly and respectfully.  After that, he got to wander on his own and he did much better than he had been doing earlier this week.  Mia found a couple other young pups to play with - one who played tug-of-war with her over a frisbee, and then later another Golden Retriever puppy who she rolled around with.  Coco wandered around greeting other dogs for the first part of the visit and then we played fetch for the latter part.  Benny followed me around as we walked around the park, and had a playful but brief greeting with a big black Lab.
