The Adventure Pack

Rucksack found a small stick to carry on today's walk and consequently had Sputnik's attention for a while.  Sputnik was set on stealing his packmate's toy and eventually succeeded.  Once Sputnik took the stick, Rucksack lost interest; which, inturn, caused Sputnik to lose interest and drop the stick.  Once Sputnik dropped it, Rucksack revealed that he was only playing disinterested and he immediately dove on it, which led Sputnik to become interested again.  Since I saw where this was going, I had Sputnik sit and leave Rucksack alone for a moment to get across the message that he couldn't keep stealing and making a commotion while we were walking on leash.  At that point, Benny stepped over to Rucksack and nibbled gently at one end of the stick while Rucksack stood and held it.  Oliver stayed out of the stick politics and was happy to get a chin scratch after I had everyone sit and settle down.

The Play Pack

Benny was in a very playful mood at the park and had some fun nosing and chewing at his packmate Milo who was visiting the park with his mom today.  Later on, he joined in some wrestling with friends Sammy and Lightning.  Oscar played fetch today and was adorable when he tried to get my attention by making muffled howling noises with the ball still in his mouth.
