The Adventure Pack

Sputnik was far less of a nuisance to his packmates today.  There was virtually no elbow chewing to speak of and he avoided tunnelling under bellies and consequently getting his leash wrapped up.  I think it's safe to say Oliver, Benny, and Rucksack all appreciated their packmate's more mellow demeanor today.

The Play Pack

Oscar found a white and tan American Staffordshire Terrier mix to wreslte around with at the park today.  His friend spent most of the time on his back, letting Oscar hop all over him and mouth his neck.  When Oscar would back off for a moment, the other dog would drop into a play-bow and then flop over to invite Oscar over for more fun.  Benny wandered around from person to person and didn't play much today.  Oliver followed at my heel the whole time.  Sputnik got a little more adventurous today and ended up in a chase with two other dogs, but that ended abruptly when he got tackled and it scared him, so he came back over to me for reassurance.
