The Adventure Pack

We're heading back to the Chautauqua area trails this month.  We made quick progress up the Amphitheatre trail today and then continued up the Saddle Rock trail.  Benny enjoyed a break in a little cave alongside the trail and Rucksack and Coco sniffed around after him.  Oliver had no trouble keeping pace on the steep hike, as usual.

The Play Pack

We returned to the Valmont dog park for the first time since the renovations.  The park looks very nice.  There's a small grassy area at the far north end of the park where the pups had a great time rolling and romping around.  Coco went on a few big runs with a trail of pursuers chasing her.  Meanwhile, Oscar was launching himself at Benny while Benny tried to catch him in his mouth.  They have compostable dog bags at the park entrance now, though we didn't use them since none of the pack had to relieve more than their bladders while we were there.
