The Adventure Pack

It was a bit cooler today as we hiked up the Anemone Trail.  Despite the cooler weather, Benny was especially stubborn about coming along when he was on leash.  Rucksack was eager to forge ahead, as always.  His leg was fine throughout the hike, though he was limping briefly right when I first collected him.  Sage followed along dutifully at my side the entire hike.  Toskey was perpetually distracted by the many smells to be found just off the trail.

The Play Pack

There was a little white pup (possibly an American Eskimo Dog) who was very bouncy and very playful.  As Sage fetched a tennis ball, the pup followed her all around, darting in and out and hopping playfully.  Oscar gave her a good run every now and then.  Later, there was a black and tan Coonhound who went through the same routine - At first following Sage around and then later getting chased by Oscar.  He also wrestled around with Benny a bit.  In mid-play with Oscar, he ran up to Benny and dropped into a bow right in front of him, and then the two of them proceeded to jump around with/into each other.
