The Adventure Pack

We took a lot of breaks along the way today so Toskey, Benny, and Oliver could investigate all the smells brought out by this welcome wave of moisture.  Toskey was the most curious about the smells to discover and lingered as much as possible at each spot.  Benny followed Toskey around but lost interest after a few moments.  Oliver just stayed at the edge of the path and watched his packmates curiously.

The Play Pack

Sage plopped down in the shallow water and nosed around in it for a little while instead of swimming out to fetch the ball I thew for her.  Eventually, she headed out into the water and we commenced our usual fetch-a-thon.  Benny caught the attention of a fluffy black pup who reminded me a lot of our pack member Oso.  I'd bet the pup was part Burnese Mountain Dog, although he was all black and a bit smaller.
