The Adventure Pack

We took the Boulder Creek Path again today and stopped down by the Creek for a bit so Toskey, Benny, and Oberon could all get wet and cool off a bit.  It was a very hot day, and we took a very easy pace.  Everyone except Oberon seemed to be feeling the heat - he's too young to care.

The Play Pack

We had our first visit to the East Boulder Dog Park this year, so everyone could get wet.  I wasn't sure if Maverick would go in the water since he steps so delicately around puddles, but he got his little paws wet by stepping a little way in.  Oscar wandered around in the shallows, too, but didn't seem entirely sure-footed.  Benny walked so awkwardly in the shallow water that he looked like he was going to fall over.  Sage took straight to the water and enjoyed the new element added to our usual fetch session, although she eventually tired of it and left the ball out in the water.
