The Adventure Pack

Oliver and Rucksack each did their own thing while we hiked today.  Oliver stuck to the trail, sniffing along the edge as we went.  Rucksack did a bit of wandering off-trail and  found a few different sticks to carry for portions of the hike.

The Play Pack

Benny had a burst of playfulness with Coco at the park today and he ran around in circles while Coco chased him.  Maverick got interested in a tennis ball I was tossing up and down and he started hopping back and forth, poised to pounce on it the moment it was in reach.  Once I threw it for him, he was all over it.  He even fetched one long throw back to me, despite competition from Coco running after it, too.  Oscar chased a few tennis balls but wasn't interested in bringing them back to me.  A yellow lab showed up at the park with a chew-toy and the whole pack just stood and watched him chew it for a while.  Nobody made a move to take it, but they weren't interested in anything else.
