The Adventure Pack

Rucksack's new haircut makes him look a lot like a Schnauzer.  The big mustachio is very cute.  He was great on the trails today - he didn't wander off at all and always came right back to me when I called him.  Benny found some bear poop off the trail and ignored me when I called to him.  He came finally came back with his breath smelling rancid.  Coco barked at a couple guys who were coming down the trail as we made our way up the First Flatiron, so she had to go back on leash for the rest of the time.  They were petting Rucksack and didn't do anything strange, so I wonder what ruffled Coco's feathers.

The Play Pack

Maverick played hide-and-seek under the tree stump while a friendly black pup with white markings, named Lightning, sniffed around for him and tried to figure out where he went.  Meanwhile, Oscar was nibbling at Benny's elbows and taunting him with a stick.  Afterward, Benny lied down in the shade and Oscar played some fetch.  Maverick came out of his fort to hang out around the rest of us.
