The Adventure Pack

Benny found a small stick that he carried for the first stretch of today's hike.  When he left it on the trail, Coco went over and gave it a sniff and decided it wasn't worth carrying.  I encouraged Benny to pick it up again but he just sniffed it and then gave me a blank look.  Oliver led the way for most of the hike.  We came by a couple moms with 3 young girls who all said hello to the pack and pet the pups nicely.

The Play Pack

Coco and Oscar have had at least one wrestling match every day at the park this week.  Today, Coco lied down on her side and kicked her legs around while Oscar dove at her face and chewed on her cheeks.  Meanwhile, Benny nosed at Coco and got kicked by her flailing legs repeatedly but didn't back away.  Maverick played peek-a-boo at the stump with Coco and Benny today.  They weren't paying that much attention to him but he kept popping out, running around, and then slipping back under the stump to hide.  Eventually, he got Coco excited and she gave him a high-speed chase for a little bit.
