The Adventure Pack

Toskey scooped up a snowball along the trail today and Benny chased her around for it.  Later on, Toskey and Coco alternated keep-away with a stick Coco found.  Coco tried drinking water from a little pool in a rock only to find that it was frozen.  She scratched at it, frustrated, to no avail.  She and Benny ran around in circles together as we made our way back to the trailhead.

The Play Pack

Maverick and Benny met my sister, Heather, who's in town visiting for a few days.  Benny immediately nosed over to her when she held her hand into the car, while Maverick was a bit more cautious and sniffed the air from a few inches away.  At the park, Maverick made his way over to his favorite tree stumps and played peek-a-boo while Benny, Heather, and I walked around his fort.  Benny wrestled around with a big, fluffy, black dog who looked like he might have been part Newfoundland.  They did a lot of hopping up and down - in front, and on top, of each other.  Later on, Benny had a more intimiate, mouthy session of wrestling around with his friend Lincoln.
