The Adventure Pack

We stopped along the trail at one point and everybody sat; but instead of giving them treats as I usually do, I scooped up a snowball for each pack member.  Benny gobbled his up in a heartbeat.  Rucksack also polished his off pretty handily.  Toskey sniffed at it for a moment before chomping down.  Coco, who was the most excited and was sitting poised the whole time with her butt slightly off the ground, grabbed it in such a hurry that she knocked most of it out of my hand instead of eating it.

The Play Pack

Oscar hopped right up into the car today without a moment's hesitation and then walked under Benny, who was standing up.  Oscar found a playmate in Oona, a Chihuahua mix who we often see at the park.  He kept hopping up, planting his paws on her back, and then pushing off and running away while she dodged around and gave chase.  Benny had a good run with a black Lab and then another pup named Sammy butted in and started licking and gnawing playfully at Benny's face.  Maverick found his favorite hiding spot under the tree stump and then had a blast popping in and out and running around it while his packmates poked their heads around trying to find him and then chased him when he went flying by.
