The Adventure Pack

The squirrels weren't as busy today, but we did stop by the creek so Rucksack and Wesley could watch the ducks swimming.  We met a couple friendly dogs early in the walk and everyone got a good sniff.  Coco stayed pretty calm and Wesley was a perfect gentleman, though the leashes got a bit tangled up.  After our new acquaintances continued on, I asked everyone to sit in place so I could get the leashes straightened out.  Benny started to stand up a couple times but sat right back down when I snapped my fingers.

The Play Pack

Oscar was just as full of energy today and did a lot of running around from dog to dog and back to me at the park.  He found a playmate who looked kind of like a puggle and the two of them raced and wreslted around for a long while.  He was a little snippy again when Benny sniffed him in the car but Benny is used to being told what to do by little dogs - living with a Yorkshire Terrier, Oliver - so he just lied down and minded himself for the car ride.  Benny caught tennis balls that I threw to him and then dropped them on the spot one second later.
