Adventure Pack
Milo and Mamacita went for a patch of snow and munched on it for a while at the start of our hike. Rucksack found a stick to his liking and halued it for a while. Roger Roger was eager to take up the responsibility when Rucksack felt he had carried it long enough. Benny kept up with his packmates as he hiked along just behind me. Near the end of the hike, we greeted a sweet young pup who poked his nose into every mouth he could. Mamaci...

Adventure Pack
Benny and Milo enjoyed wandering together. Today, Benny was the one who ventured off the most while Milo kept up better with the rest of the pack but still lingered behind a bit, curious about what his buddy was doing. Roger Roger was eager to greet Benny everytime he caught up with the pack. Rucksack hiked along well at my side without trying to pull ahead too much today. Mamacita is still gradually becoming less and less resistant to drink...

Adventure Pack
Benny and Oliver took their time together when they were off leash during today's hike. Sputnik and Roger Roger minded their manners pretty well with each other as they hiked side-by-side along with me. Roger Roger tried to start a wrestling match with Sputnik about halfway through the hike but he listened well when I told him to lay off and keep hiking, and Sputnik took the harassment in stride. The rambunctious pups are starting to mature a bit....

Adventure Pack
Roger Roger grabbed up a stick as soon as we hit the trails today but only stuck with it for about 30 seconds before he decided it wasn't worth carrying, and then he didn't find any other sticks that caught his interest for the rest of the hike. Thompson started off eager to head up the trail and pulling at the leash but he settled down before long and hiked along nicely, as did Milo and Mamacita. One pup we crossed paths with walked right up into the m...

Adventure Pack
Sadie joined the pack for our hike today. She made a bit of noise when other dogs passed by on the trails, but I managed to keep her from getting too unpleasant. Oliver grumbled at one big dog who he greeted in the middle of the trail while he was off leash. The big dog just side-stepped and continued on and Oliver didn't make any more fuss. Benny wandered around a bit on his own. At one point, he got lost in following his nose. ...

Adventure Pack
Milo and Benny hiked side-by-side off the leash today, lingering behind at times and leading the way at others. Roger Roger found a pinecone late in the hike to carry the rest of the way back. At one point, Benny had some playful energy that he let out by bounding along the side of the trail, back and forth a few times. Benny's enthusiasm rubbed off on Mamacita, who started rearing back and leaping forward whenever Benny ran by.

Adventure Pack
We had a pretty calm and uneventful hike today. Roger Roger didn't find any sticks to his liking and just hiked along. He was flanked by Mamacita and Sputnik. Sputnik and Roger Roger got into a couple brief wrestling matches toward the end of the hike and Rucksack stopped and stared at them with a poised posture, ready to make a move, but didn't end up joining in. Milo made a few sudden stops along the trail when his nose caught scent of som...

Adventure Pack
Roger Roger found a small stick again on the trails today. It was short enough that he didn't inadvertently poke his packmates with it like yesterday. We came across a couple Ridgebacks that Benny knows pretty well and he was very excited to say hello. Sputnik, Rucksack, and Roger Roger were all also eager to greet. Oliver was over it pretty quickly and headed up the trail, then turned around and waited there for us to catch up.

Adventure Pack
Roger Roger found a stick that caught his fancy about halfway through today's hike. One end of it kept poking Benny in the butt while Roger Roger carried it behind him and Benny kept leaping to the side and looking back to see what was going on. Meanwhile, Rucksack was licking Mamacita's ear and Milo was hiking along pleasantly at my side.
Play Pack
Sadie found a playmate in a very young Pit Bull puppy at the park today...

Adventure Pack
Milo spent most of his time exploring well off the trail. Benny stuck closer, but kept watch as his packmate wandered in the distance. At one point, I noticed a pinecone in the middle of the trail but neither Rucksack nor Roger Roger went for it. When I leaned down and picked it up, however, it had both of their full attentions. Rucksack was the quickest to grab for it and then Roger Roger prodded at him for a little while before giving up a...
