The pack starred in an impromptu photo shoot in front of the municipal building by Broadway and Canyon today, where a photographer was taking photos of the area to showacase some recent landscape architecture for the city.  He asked us to pass through the area a few times and the pack was happy to oblige.  When we took a few photos sitting at a stone bench, Mamacita and Roger Roger kept looking at the photographer with curiosity, and he asked if I could g...

Oliver stayed totally dry today while Benny, Rucksack, Roger Roger, and Sputnik splashed around in the Creek.  Sputnik found a stick in the Creek that he pulled out from under a rock but then he quickly lost interest and left it to float downstream.  Benny was getting tuckered out by the end of the hike and needed a bit of encouragement to keep up with his packmates while his little brother Oliver was doing just fine.

Oliver had his first day back out with his brother Benny and the pack!  He had no trouble keeping up with the big boys after his hiatus.  He has been hesitant to drink from the backpack spout in the past but the heat got to him today and he was happy to have it, as were Benny, Sputnik, Rucksack, and Roger Roger.

Benny is back!  Milo enjoyed mouthing Benny's face when they greeted each other in the car today while Benny just lied his chin into Milo's gaping jaws.  Sputnik gave Benny so many kisses that Benny eventually grumbled the end of his patience and Sputnik eased off.  Rucksack spooned Benny in the car while they both lied down for short nap on our way to Eben G. Fine Park.  Roger Roger was just happy to see everyone.

Sputnik and Milo waded out into belly-deep water in the Creek today while Luca and Mamacita stuck to the shallows.  Luca did a better job of keeping up through the walk than he did in the beginning of the week, when he got tuckered out pretty quickly, but he was still very happy when it was time to take water breaks.  Even Mamacita was willing to take some water from the Camelbak today.

Sadie and Sputnik kept switching positions and getting their leashes wrapped up on today's walk along the Creek, and Milo got into the mix every now and then just to make things messier.  When Milo stayed on the other side, he got groomed by Rucksack, who really enjoys licking the ears of his older packmate.
